Eric T. Mitchell has been in the lending industry since 1999. As a top producing loan officer, Eric has been flown all over the country to train other loan officers based on his marketing and process management systems. The highlight of his training was in December of 2006 when he co-hosted an event with close to 2,000 attendees and shared the marquee with the best trainers in our industry, including Tony Robbins.
Eric's team specializes in effectively surpassing the expectations of our clients. To be sure, today's borrowers have unique financing needs and require common sense lending. Communicate regularly and proactively with our clients to keep them informed of the status of the loan and to reduce the stress that is associated with uncertainty. 7. Ensure smooth, on time closings with anticipated costs and terms. 8. Provide our clients the luxury of home loans in the future with little effort on their part, by means of an Annual Mortgage Review. 9. Measure our success by our client's willingness to confidently recommend us. 10. Take full responsibility for our actions and be honest at all times. 11. Seek to improve the quality of service we provide by encouraging each client to critically evaluate our performance. Eric has several industry designations reflecting his commitment to the industry and his clients. They include: CMP - Certified Mortgage Planner (Mortgage Planner University) CMC - Certified Mortgage Consultant (National Association of Mortgage Brokers) CRMS - Certified Residential Mortgage Specialist (National Association of Mortgage Brokers) When Eric is not working, you can usually find him training at House of Champions learning a mixed martial art called Arjukenpo.
